    • Hi, andrejs. Thank you so much for your comments on my article. It’s important to always check for those little things because they hide right in plain sight sometimes. I know. And it’s crazy all the things you have to constantly be on the lookout for in what you eat. There’s so many that now and then you forget to check for-say, glutton when you know it bothers you but it just slips your mind at the time. You think you’ve thought to check everything, calories, sugar or what kind of sweetener if any, amino acid profile, vitamins or none, soy or not and so on. You think you checked for glutton and it seems ok so you buy it and take it and, wow. Then you realize you thought you checked but that main thing you really wanted to avoid, was just that. ‘you thought you checked’ but you hadn’t and you found out when old effects showed up in your body. There are days when there’s so much going on, so much stress and emotional upheaval in your life that I guess your mind can trick you into ‘thinking’ you checked but in reality, you hadn’t. Does that make any sense? Anyway, I’ve been there and done that more times than I’d rather say. Chalk it up to a day so bad you simply can’t think straight. They happen to all of us. And when, say, a glutton problem is new to you it can take a little while to get used to looking out for it. Honestly, it’s pretty new to me-the doctor just told me 2 months ago and it takes time to remember when you’re shopping and it’s not something you ever had to be aware of before. I’m learning.
