About IF and breakfast, I never liked eating early in the morning even when I was in school. So I didn’t. Once in a great while I’d have a hot dog or square of peanut butter fudge at school a friend would buy for me. (You couldn’t go through the line if you didn’t buy the whole tray, which I think I only ever did once.) Now-a-days I eat my ‘breakfast-usually some cheese or a small protein-at noon to 1PM. Then I don’t eat any more until supper somewhere between 5 to 8 PM. And those companies can say ‘healthy’ but some times their idea of healthy isn’t as healthy as most of us would like. You have to be careful of that, I learned that long ago that reading labels is an absolute must, like it or not. It takes some time but it’s time well spent in the long run that’ll keep you feeling better. About those DIY ideas, as long as you like something it’s worth doing, whether anyone does or not. Remember, their not eating it, you are so fix things the way you want. I have a cousin who fixes his chocolate protein to make it taste exactly like his favorite rocky road ice cream-but when he blend it, he throws in a great big whole pickle!
