    • Hi, Kavitha. Muscle Milk I hear doesn’t clump and does very well in milk and water both. If it’s something you’ve never had then you might want to start with the smallest offering or sample pack if possible. Just because you hear good things doesn’t mean you personally will like it. Then again, I might not care for the taste while you might go absolutely ga-ga over it. 1st timers should always get the smallest offering just in case so you’re not wasting your money and the best flavors to try would most likely be chocolate which is supposed to be very rich but not overly sweet and vanilla creme that’s well balanced in sweetness and taste, something you requested. If you’re interested, Target has 4 pack of 11 fluid oz. of vanilla creme for $7.99 and a canister of 32 oz. for $27.99. Walmart has the same 4 pack for $7.98 and the canister for $23.18.
